Member of Parliament (2019–Present): Elected to the Lok Sabha from Balasore in 2019 and re-elected in the subsequent term.Union Minister of State (2019–2021): Served as the Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and Animal Husbandry, Dairying, and Fisheries in the Government of India. Odisha Legislative Assembly (2004–2014): Served two consecutive terms as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing the Nilgiri constituency.

Dibakar Prasad Harichandan

CA Deepakar Prasad Harichandan is a senior Chartered Accountant and finance professional with over 30 years of experience in auditing, financial services, banking, corporate governance and strategic financial management. He has served as Senior Partner at leading Chartered Accountancy firms in Bhubaneswar and held senior leadership positions in the financial services sector. He also served as an Independent Director of Canara Bank (March 2022 – March 2025). With his extensive expertise in finance, governance, audit and institutional management, he brings valuable guidance and financial stewardship to YMS Trust.
